The villa is let directly, without a booking portal and without commission. Two seasons apply, each with a fixed nightly rate.

Between the pines and the sea, the peninsula has kept a lightness that most places have lost. The villa sits right in the middle of it.
Plage de Pampelonne
Four and a half kilometres of pale sand lined with beach clubs — Club 55 is within walking distance. The mornings belong to the early risers, the afternoons to the sun.
Rosé in the afternoon
A chilled Provence rosé, olives, shade under the pergola. The villa's summer kitchen was built for exactly these hours.
The old harbour
Ten minutes by car: pastel façades, wooden pointus in the water, terraces along the quay. At its best just before sunset.

Ten per cent off the Tesoro T40.
This coast is at its best from the water — the coves around Cap Camarat can hardly be reached any other way. The Tesoro T40 is berthed in the Golfe de Saint-Tropez, minutes from the villa: twelve metres, built 2025, up to eleven guests, skipper aboard.
Half a day is enough for Pampelonne and Cap Camarat. A full day takes you to Porquerolles or the Île du Levant and back by evening.

How far is the villa from Pampelonne beach?
Less than 100 metres. The villa sits in a gated, secured estate directly behind Plage de Pampelonne; Club 55 is within walking distance.
How many guests does the villa sleep?
Up to six guests in three bedrooms, with three shower rooms and one bathroom.
What is the minimum rental period?
In high season, July and August, 14 nights. In all other months the minimum stay is seven nights.
What does it cost to rent?
In high season, July and August, 2,500 euros per night with a minimum booking of 14 nights. In low season 1,900 euros per night from seven nights. The Ramatuelle tourist tax is charged in addition.
Is there a pool?
Yes. The villa has a private pool, generous terraces and an outdoor summer kitchen. Pool and garden care run throughout your stay.
How far is Saint-Tropez and the airport?
Saint-Tropez is about ten minutes by car. Toulon-Hyères airport is roughly 50 minutes away, Nice Côte d'Azur about an hour and a half.
Are pets allowed?
On request. Please mention it in your enquiry so we can clarify it in advance.

The deposit is the equivalent of three nights. It can be transferred or held against a credit card, and is released after departure once the villa has been checked.
Tourist tax
The Ramatuelle tourist tax is charged per person per night in addition to the rent and settled on arrival.
